 Greater Horsham Chamber of Commerce members have access to a host of excellent group health insurance programs offered through Independence Blue Cross, Aetna, United Healthcare, and other Carriers throughout the 5-County Philadelphia area.

Health Insurance
Independence Blue Cross group insurance plans are available to sole proprietors, licensed professionals, and companies with two or more employees. There is no pre-existing condition waiting period and no medical underwriting. Aetna also offers several individuals plans as well. Group plans for those with two or more employees are also available through Aetna, United, and HealthAmerica.
Standalone Dental Insurance
Group dental benefits are offered to GHCC members through United Concordia. The United Concordia dental benefits are available for a group as low as one employee with no waiting period for major services, no deductibles, and no medical underwriting. Aetna has 2 stand alone individual dental plans in this area. Group dental insurance carriers also available are Dominion dental, Delta dental, Aetna, MetLife, Rayant, and Guardian.
Standalone Group Vision Insurance
Group vision benefits are available through Block Vision. Multiple plan options are available, such as full-service plans, eye-wear only and exam-only plans. Block vision offers competitive rates, including a 24 month initial and renewal rate guarantee. GHCC members are offered one of the largest eye care provider networks offering access to both private practitioners and retail optical centers through Block Vision.
Medicare Plans
For those over the age of 65, Frank W. Nobile & Associates can provide options for comprehensive Medicare coverage that includes Part D Prescription drug benefits.
Consolidated Billing
There are no billing fees. Invoices will be either paid directly to the carrier or through our Third Party Administrator, CBDI. Our GHCC members are offered the benefit of consolidated billing. CBDI consolidates insurance carrier billing, allowing customers to offer a diverse portfolio of the best benefit programs from a variety of insurance carriers - all on just one invoice each month! In addition, CBDI will process all monthly activity and provide a variety of reporting services.
eServices
Once you enroll in one of our association sponsored benefit plans, you will have access to CBDI's or carrier’s website in order to access employee rosters, benefit information, print carrier forms and electronically process activity. Timely, accurate and verifiable processing increases efficiency and allows benefit managers more time to run other key aspects of their position.
Customer Service
Frank W. Nobile & Associates serves as a personal Human Resources/Benefits Representative to GHCC members. GHCC members can call CBDI on a toll-free customer support line regarding any billing issue at 1-800-786-CBDI, between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Mondays through Fridays and can utilize our toll-free fax number (1-888-CBDI-910) AND contact Frank Nobile Associates regarding any enrollment or carrier membership issues at 215-285-1161. Claims and specific benefit questions should be first addressed with the carrier prior to calling Frank W. Nobile & Associates. Once the member has exhausted his/her possibilities with the carrier help lines, the group leader can call Frank W. Nobile & Associates for assistance and they will act as a direct liaison between members and the insurance carrier. CBDI and Frank Nobile Associates continue to employ a human receptionist, even though many other firms have gone to an automated voice response system.
In addition, the knowledgeable benefit specialists at Frank W. Nobile & Associates provide prompt, professional service and will assist you in determining which benefit program is right for your company.
