“I was referred to Frank Nobile by a biz client.  I have used him since October - he has saved me a lot of money, will come to you - wherever you are, is not at all pushy, does what he says he will do - quickly and I have a very good plan. I was paying a high premium for the Cobra from my past employer, when I self-insured through Frank, I paid half, and for a slightly better plan.  Very impressive, since I am not a business, merely 1 person.
